“It’s National Case Management week! This year’s ACMA theme, Case Management: Setting New Standards For Care was selected to emphasize the impact professionals in case management make every day. ACMA hopes you will celebrate NCMW 19 and recognize the dedication, compassion and patient care outcomes achieved by case managers in your organization. Across all care settings, case managers are making the difference! ACMA encourages you to use this week to commend your team and recognize the importance of the case management professionals who dedicate their careers to patients and healthcare organizations.” Celebrate your #casemanagementteam during National Case Management Week! #NCMW@TheACMA

Palolo Chinese Home Open House
Bristol Hospice Hawaii was in attendance to support our community partner for the dedication and open house that was held for the Palolo Nursing and Rehab Center Friday morning.
Our very own Chaplain, Larry Takao had the honors to bless and pray for the new center, consisting of 69 nursing beds and an eight-bed hospice unit.
“As that population gets older, there’s going to be greater needs for support services. Whether it’s services in their homes, or residential care services like they’ll find here at Palolo Chinese Home.” Said Darryl Ing, CEO of Palolo Chinese Home.
Game night at Camp Anuenue
Aloha,
We had another successful night at Camp Anuenue! (Camp for Kids with Cancer)
Jomel Duldulao (Director of Community Relations) from Bristol Hospice Hawaii had so much fun at game night hosted by the leaders of Men’s Leadership of Hawaii. MLH has led the game night for the past 15 years.
The evening started with prepping food, serving the kids great food and a game night filled with larger than life games – like jenga, connect four, toss the ring and many more.
Thanks to Evan Knight for leading our team this year and making the most of the games.
Bristol Hospice Jomel Duldulao (Director of Communication Relations) was able to volunteer his time again this year and donate some of the many prizes with the continued support of Bristol Hospice Hawaii.

Also a big thank you to the wonderful cheerful staff at Camp Anuenue and allowing us to support such an awesome event.
